  • Reiki is a form of energy healing that aims to improve the flow of energy in the body, promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and support the body's natural healing processes. Practising Reiki on yourself and others removes energy blockages on a physical, mental and emotional level and improves overall well-being. Click here to read more about Reiki.

  • Reiki is not a religion, nor is it tied to any particular religion or belief system. It is a spiritual practice based on the concept of channelling universal life force energy to promote healing and well-being.

  • Anyone can learn Reiki, regardless of their intellectual capacity, spiritual development or previous experience of healing or meditation. Reiki is easy to learn and requires no special background, beliefs or qualifications.

  • For us, it is not only the teaching that is of great importance but that the retreat is effective for each participant and that everyone returns as a confident Reiki practitioner. We have therefore decided to limit the number of participants to 6-8 to ensure a personalised and focused experience for all. This allows the Reiki Teacher to give undivided attention to each participant and make the learning experience as deep and effective as possible for everyone.

  • In today’s fast-paced world, many Reiki trainings are condensed into 1-2 days, leaving students feeling insecure about their understanding and practice. On this one-week retreat we teach Reiki Level 1 and Level 2, offering ample time to thoroughly learn and practice all techniques surrounded by nature and away from everyday distractions.

    Participants gain a deep understanding of Reiki’s origins and development through teachings that integrate both Western and traditional Jikiden Reiki.

    By the end of the retreat, you will return as a confident Reiki practitioner, fully prepared to integrate Reiki into your life.

  • You will learn the history and principles of Reiki, the procedure and hand positions for self-treatment and treating others, various meditation techniques, the use of Reiki symbols, the principles of the chakra system and energy flow and much more. You will also receive over 40 pages of support material to help you on your Reiki journey during and after the retreat.   • The SpiritIn Reiki Retreats are designed to give each participant enough space and time not only to learn, but also to practice, test, experience and experiment, and to clarify any uncertainties that may arise during the retreat, while relaxing in a serene environment surrounded by nature. You will receive personal guidance during and after the retreat until you feel confident as a Reiki practitioner.

  • The Reiki Formations are open to all people regardless of cultural or religious background. At present, the Reiki Retreats are only offered in English, but your instructors speak English, German and Spanish and will translate any lecture on the retreat if necessary.

  • Yes, upon completion of the Reiki Training, each student will receive a certificate that recognises their level of training and ability to practice Usui Reiki.

  • After the retreat, you will continue to receive guidance from your Reiki instructor for the first few weeks to help you successfully integrate Reiki practice into your daily life. This support can take the form of one-on-one calls as well as video meetings. In addition, the connection with your Reiki peers at the retreat is designed to last. After each retreat, there will be a dedicated WhatsApp/Telegram group with all retreat participants to support each other on the Reiki journey and to share questions and experiences with the first steps of Reiki healing.

  • The costs of the Reiki Retreat depend on the specific Retreat as they are taking place in different locations. For the specific prices, visit the respective Retreat pages:

  • The cancellation policy for our formations and workshops is as follows:

    • In case of cancellation by the organiser: You will receive a 100% refund of the formation fee within 7 days of cancellation.

    In the case of cancellation by the participant, the following policy applies:

    • Cancellations received up to 60 days before the start of the course or workshop will receive a 75% refund.

    • Cancellations received up to 30 days before the start of the course or workshop will receive a 50% refund.

    • No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the course.

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the sustainability of our programme. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form.
